NEW EXHIBITION - Advance notice!

It has been almost a year since my last exhibition here at the gallery, which is simply really neglectful. It was primarily down to the economy, the awful first six months of the year and the fact so few people were buying anything. I think the enthusiasm for a new show just sort of fizzled! However the second half of last year greatly improved, and most importantly, I have been shooting SO much more work! My regular blog followers will know this :-) So here is a small version of the new advert and poster for the show:

I plan to strip every image out of existing frames and replace them with brand new latest work. Yes I should be starting to print now, and NO the prints WON'T go into the sale browsers (which in any case cease in 10 days time) :-)

There will be many more mountain images this time, and some really powerful new Anglesey coastal images, a lot more black & white and a lot more mood again! Forgetting the sales head for a minute, as an artist, I have been happier than ever with my recent work, it just feels so much more 'me' than ever before. I think this is a direct result of taking more time off to be out in the landscape with my camera, really at one with my solitude, the space and the elements.

As the exhibition is here in my gallery, there is no end date to the show, it will be ongoing, but for at least two weeks I will replace any images sold with the next number in the edition. After two weeks I may start to replace some images with existing best sellers once again as well.

The exhibition starts on Saturday 26th March at 10.00 am. There is a private view for invited guests on the Friday night and I know several of you are on that guest list so I look forward to seeing you again.

Thereafter, the show will be open to the public during gallery opening hours which are Wed-Fri 11am - 6pm and Sat 10am - 4pm

Gallery contact number is 01248 715511.
